However, Consumers Signature Appliances does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Consumers Signature Appliances itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to promptly return it in unused condition.
Pricing
Except when otherwise noted, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value by Consumers Signature Appliances for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.
We cannot confirm the price of an item on our website until you place an order. A sales representative will contact you to confirm products you order, pricing and method of payment. A deposit of 1/3 of the total order will be charged at the time of order with the balance due charged upon entering the shipping process. Despite our efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Consumers Signature Appliances reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Cardholder Agreement
When you make purchases from Consumers Signature Appliances using your major credit card, you agree to honor the terms and conditions published herein. You agree and authorize your credit card company to abide by these terms. Consumers Signature Appliances reserves the right to cancel orders at anytime and the right to refuse all returns (see "Return Policy").

Damages
It's important that you inspect your appliance product before signing and accepting delivery. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery receipt. If the product is shipped via a carrier other than a Consumers delivery vehicle, contact our delivery department immediately for a return authorization number. If damage issues arise after signing for the merchandise, you are responsible for filing any claims with the shipping company.
Manufacturer Defects
All Consumers Signature Appliances products include a full one year manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer warranty information enclosed with the product for complete warranty details. If you receive a product that you believe may be defective, please contact our customer service department at 631-563-3200 or via email at customerservice@consumersmail.com. You may also contact the manufacturer directly to schedule a convenient service appointment under warranty.
Product Returns
Stock products in its original package, fully created with packing material, manuals, warranty cards and related accessories may be returned and/or exchanged within 10 days of the original ship date. Returns and/or exchanges will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, plus all applicable shipping costs, including the cost of return shipment. Any product that is open, special order, clearance, or installed cannot be returned. If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service department at 631-563-3200 or via email at customerservice@consumersmail.com to obtain a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization.
Special Order Products
Orders for special order product require payment in full and are not cancelable. Upon payment acceptance order will be considered final sale (non-refundable).
